Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, a private, not-for-profit organization, was founded on January 13, 1913, to promote academic excellence and to provide assistance and support through established programs in local communities throughout the world.

The St. Petersburg Alumnae Chapter (SPAC), chartered in 1961, has enjoyed a significant increase in membership which is taking us to another level of community involvement. With a biennial theme, “Transforming Communities through Sisterhood, Scholarship, and Service,” we are directly aligned with the vision entrusted to us by our Founders. SPAC’s legacy to provide impactful programs to our community is based upon the National’s Five-Point Programmatic Thrust.
